Scenario xuyên suốt

Team muốn cài một appliance từ Marketplace để thu thập telemetry và thêm AI service để dự báo lỗi. Nếu chỉ nhìn rating hoặc chọn “AI” mà không kiểm tra publisher, data handling, license và operational boundary, solution có thể tạo rủi ro và hóa đơn ngoài dự kiến.

01Đọc bài toán

Xác định actor, workload, constraint và trạng thái cuối cần đạt.

02Vẽ luồng / boundary

Chỉ ra request, dependency, identity và failure domain trước khi chọn công cụ.

03Chọn và thực hành

Thay đổi nhỏ nhất trong lab cô lập; command nào cũng phải nói rõ nó kiểm tra điều gì.

Đối chiếu trạng thái thực tế, tạo một failure variant và ghi cách hoàn tác.

Cách nối lý thuyết với thực tế
  • Marketplace là catalog giải pháp từ Microsoft/partner; image, managed application, license và support boundary khác nhau theo offer.
  • Cần kiểm tra publisher, certification/validation, version, region, dependency, license meter, support và upgrade path.
  • IoT architecture thường gồm device/edge, ingestion, message/event, processing, storage, monitoring và command path; device identity và lifecycle là trọng tâm.
  • AI service cần xác định input/output, data residency/retention, model quality, human review, abuse protection và cost per transaction.

Marketplace là quyết định mua và vận hành

Một offer có thể là VM image, SaaS, managed application hoặc service subscription. Trước khi deploy, đọc publisher, plan, license meter, permissions, dependencies, region, support, update/rollback và data handling. Rating không thay security review.

IoT reference flow

Device/edge → secure ingestion → queue/event → processing → storage → dashboard/alert; chiều ngược lại là command/configuration path. Device identity, certificate lifecycle, firmware update, intermittent connectivity và tenant isolation phải được thiết kế trước khi chọn ingestion service.

AI solution review

Ghi input/data classification, retention, residency, model/evaluation metric, human fallback, abuse control và cost per call. AI output cần monitoring và giới hạn; “model trả kết quả” không tự đồng nghĩa production-safe.

Bài tập

Review một offer Marketplace giả định và viết approve/reject record. Vẽ telemetry + AI enrichment flow, đánh dấu trust boundary, owner, failure mode, budget alert và cleanup/deprovision path.

Thực hành theo scenario

  1. Chọn một Marketplace offer giả định và lập review sheet: publisher, plan, license, deployment resource, permissions, update, support, region và estimated cost.
  2. Vẽ IoT telemetry flow device → gateway → ingestion → processing → storage/dashboard; thêm device identity, certificate rotation và offline behavior.
  3. Với AI feature, ghi data classification, consent, retention, evaluation metric, fallback/manual review và budget guardrail.
  4. Không subscribe offer hoặc gửi dữ liệu thật; dùng catalog metadata và tài liệu publisher/Microsoft ở chế độ đánh giá.

Kiểm chứng kết quả

Không coi lệnh chạy thành công là đủ. Hãy đối chiếu output với trạng thái mong đợi:

  • Đọc được Marketplace offer và xác định responsibility/license.
  • Sơ đồ IoT có identity, ingestion, processing, storage và command path.
  • AI use case có data/security/cost/evaluation assumptions.
  • Nêu dependency/upgrade/support risk.
  • Có criteria để approve/reject offer trước deployment.

Bẫy thường gặp và trade-off

Marketplace không đồng nghĩa Microsoft vận hành toàn bộ solution. IoT/AI scenario luôn cần đọc device identity, data flow, governance và cost; không chọn chỉ vì tên “managed”.
